Change Management Reporting Options

Anyone have an idea what happened to the Detailed report option for change requests?  I used to be able to create a change report and choose the option for a detailed report that displayed the fields in a mulit-field view vs a list view with columns.  It caused the report to be longer, but it showed more fields in a presentable way.

 

Also, anyone know of a way to create a pdf report with the links to the changes embeded with the report?
