Duplicate Change Tasks usually occur when multiple business rules, workflows, or Flow Designer flows are triggering the task creation simultaneously. I’d suggest reviewing all Flow Designer flows, workflows, and business rules related to Change Task creation.

You can also check the system logs or use tools like Script Tracer to identify which rule or flow is generating the duplicate task. Once identified, you can disable or adjust the duplicate logic to prevent it from happening again.

Duplicate Change Tasks are triggering with the help of workflow. i have checked workflow but unable to identify where rule or flow generating the duplicate task.
