Change notification font color

As you can see below screenshot, i want to change font color of additional comment in comment SNOW notification.

This one is customized notification. My requirement is like this- When incident is commented then it will send email with all previous comments which is working as per req. only problem is with font color.

Is it what you are looking for?

If yes then just update the email script with the color code of gray.

 And have a look at the attachement

Hello Prataprp,

It is very simple  you can go to the notification text and in that there will be editor and your email content is placed inside it, After that select the text you want to show it in grey and click on the little down arrow icon next to "A_" on the editor itself and you will be shown with the different colors. select the one which suits you.
