change request approval groups setup using workflow

Hi,

Can we set the change request approval groups based on condition like for the first group of all the group members has to approve and then once all group member of first group approved then it has to move second group and then only one group member is enough to approve from second group onwards using workflow?

Hi @snow john ,

It is better to maintain separate activity for each level (group) of approval. Then, In the workflow at first level approvals (First Group) activity, In "Condition for approval" section set Wait for field to "Everyone to approve" for the remaining level of approval activities (Second Group Onwards) set Wait for field to "Anyone to approve".
