I received a unusual issue from change management team that there is 1 change request ticket is unable to proceed to Scheduled stage from Authorize after all approvers approved.
Their other tickets was working great and able to proceed to Scheduled stage. In my theory, there is possible reason why it got stuck in Authorize stage is because the Change Manager deleted/skipped one pending approver who hasn't approve yet. Is that the case? Or was it because of Change workflow that got stuck in "wait for condition"? Is there other way around to push this ticket to Scheduled stage? Here are several screenshots,

Looks like your workflow is cancelled. when it was in Wait for Condition, Someone Rejected the request or cancelled the change, or it moved to End via some other path when it was in Wait For Condition.
If there is an option, restart the workflow. Or You may need to cancel this change and create a new one.

I appreciate your response. Where can I find restart the workflow? I do not see that in Related Links except Show Workflow and Workflow Context.

Hi Bradley,
Please check the following link. Its a UI action you need to create. You will have to test it in your dev instance first.
Reset a workflow Change Request - Normal in dev instance
If there is an option, cancel this change and copy it to a new change.
