I am creating a report using the Table change Request option. Within the Available/Selected conditions on the right, is it possible to filter to where I am able to locate the Implementation tasks and their owners? I am not trying to use the Change Task report, as I am pulling some criteria from a parent Request ticket already in this report.

Thank you for the reply Atul. Please note, the top image is what I was working on initially. The 3 Changes are accurate. However, what I am hoping to do is add the Implementation Task owners & assignment group to the far right side of the output, next to Actual End. I attempted the screenshot you provided and think it is close, but it didn't provide any results.
