Change Task Notification

Hello All,

I enabled Change request Task notification in my instance. I want to modify the content in notitication body.

But i didn't see HTML script in notification under Body.  It is emplty.

How can i view  Out of the box notitification body script to modify the content?

When i receive an notitification there was an content

Please advise!
