How to change the Header background color in Zurich version Servicenow 

I have followed this artice but it is not working in zurich

Hi @RakeshChowC ,

 

If you are having multiple Themes, you need to make the desired theme as "Default Theme". so it will apply to all the users.

Now Theme builder is available for building themes easily, install it in your non-prod instance and try it.

Please follow the below steps provided by ServiceNow support

You can use the Theme Builder in Zurich Version to change the themes of your instance.

have tried Theme Builder but no luck

Just now I tried in my PDI, theme builder is working to change the colors and many more.

 

All>Theme Builder>Create New Theme

 

Provide your theme name and add all your primary colours (for header) & Secondary colours(for Buttons).
Once you provided everything then click on Create theme. it will show the Demo look of the changes.

 

Once the changes are looks fine click on Publish (publish will available on the top left "dropdown" click "Manage" and select the theme to publish it, it will apply to your instance.
