Hello All,
Is there any way in knowing through a report how many times an incident was put on hold. Metric definition is another way of achieving it but it would not fulfill the reporting against each incident. Any suggestions in this regard would be appreciated.
Regards

You're welcome
If you were interested in getting the Total Hold time for all the Incidents, you could do a Single Score type. There will always be slowdowns with large amounts of data for Reports unfortunately.
If your company has Performance Analytics, you can look into that, but that is an entirely different way to capture and show data.

You can try out some of the other Types.
Like this for example, is a Heat Map. With Incident Number as the Row, and Action status as the column(I didn't want a column, so this is a field that is empty for my situation).
You will want to filter your data more, so you are not overwhelmed with results which will take a long time for your Report to Load.
A good filter you might use is Created(Incident) on This Month. This way you will see a smaller subset of data.

Thank you so much for your help. I have tried up other visualization options, but it seems that for a large number of data....many visualizations does not work under large number of data. However for the time being I am using it in a list view group them with numbers..:)
