CHG Request -Scheduled jenkins job is not triggering at all and seeing this error

First change request failed with this error in service now, jenkins job didn't run at all:

An error has occurred while attempting to automatically create this Jenkins job. Please contact the appropriate deployment team to have this job manually scheduled. Error: No response for ECC message request with sysid=fd6c01badb9071d025ccba03e296195f after waiting for 30 seconds in ECC Queue

 

after creating another change request it failed with this error:

An error has occurred while attempting to automatically create this Jenkins job. Please contact the appropriate deployment team to have this job manually scheduled. Error: undefined

Hi @mRawat24,

 

Verify you metadata for creating the API endpoints are correct, Verify the Job ID and credentials.

Connect with your Jenkins team and verify you got the correct connection and configuration details.

Try testing the API calls for Job by creating a rest message or test it on the Flow Action.

Did you test it in non-prod?

Check the status of the MID server ?
