I am working on Cisco integration in ServiceNow. Cisco has two environments (Normal Cisco & Fedramp). We followed the below documentation to create the app at cisco side. They have created two app in each environment. They gave me credentials(4 different credentials(Teams & meeting for normal webex) and (Teams & meeting for fedramp webex)). I have created an integration profile for normal cisco Webex and got the tokens as well for both teams& meeting apps. When i set up a fedramp integration profile. I created it as child alias of normal Webex profile. Now i got the tokens for fedramp profile as well. But whenever i am trying to run the download subscription records. for fedramp it is getting failed. But for normal profile, it worked and imported the data.

I am not able to understand why it is failing for child profile. I tried to test the subflow also. It was also showing completed status without any error.
Can anyone help me!
