choices are not visible in service operation workspace for category

Category choices are not visible in the Service Operations Workspace, even though they are visible in the ServiceNow platform (standard UI).

We’ve observed an issue with the Category field on the Incident table.

In the ServiceNow platform , all expected category choices are visible. However, in the Service Operations Workspace, only two choices are available.

I’ve attached screenshots for reference.

Could you please help investigate and advise on this issue?

The table is Incident and field is Category. 

In the ServiceNow Platform there are so many choices available for category field but in service operations workspace only 2 choices are available.
