Hello there,
I am looking for some clarification and assistance please, as I have read a few articles regarding Related list and Relationships, but unsure which way to lean. We have created a Related lists for EPICs to appear in our RITM forms as such and added EPIC records:
When we navigate to the EPIC record ie: EPIC0010063, the RITM records are not showing in the 'Requested Items' Related list:
Do we need to create a new Relationship like below? And add a script code? If so, is anyone able to assist with what the script code would be? And if EPIC related list is added to other forms like Change, Catalog Tasks, etc – does a new Relationship need to be created for each? Or what would be the best method? Appreciate any help. Thank you.

Hi, the first 2 partial screenshots show related-lists where the 'parent' record is the current record, but a child record would not normally be the parent of it's parent.
A child task has a 1 to 1 relationship with it's parent, which is visible via the tasks 'parent' field, where a parent may have many children and so they can be shown in a related list.
So yes you would need a separate related list, but you would also need a clear definition of how your 2 task types were related and it would be unusual\abnormal to have a circular parent <> parent relationship.
