Clickable links in comments -Journal Field in workspace

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in Workspace (Legal Service Center) where users enter URLs in the Comments (journal field), and the expectation is that these links should be clickable in the Activity Stream.

not possible but check this KB from ServiceNow which has some workaround

URLs are not showing as hyperlinks in the Activity stream in Ui16 or Next Experience.
