Hello All,

Clicking on the notification link (URI_REF) should redirect to esc portal instead of sp.

There was an e-mail script where we are using URI_REF to get the current record, this e-mail script was used in multiple notifications.

please use email script and form the URL and redirect

OR

you can use email body and add hyperlink

There are many notifications where URL cannot be used, is there any other way like, when the service portal default value changes it should be routed to esc.

Is there any other way that can be achieved using properties.
