clicking 'Submit' on Record Producer is not working, instead i am getting logged out from my account

Hi All,
I have cloned a record producer as per my client's requirement and customized it by adding different variables.
While clicking on submit my account is logging out (screenshot added) than getting created. Have tried many times but the same result.

This is a first timer, is it happening for other record producers or only for this?
Did you try different browsers?
Also, check on the record producer if there is any onsubmit client script which redirects to logout or anything in the RP script.
Also,check if user is active and not locked out.

Hi Aman,
This is the case for the other record producers as well that when i am submitting the account is logging out. And also i want to mention that i have an Admin role.
And yes i tried in other browsers also and its the same problem
And i have checked in the record producer if there is a Onsubmit client script but there isn't any.
You asked 'Also,check if user is active and not locked out.' - which user? i am checking from my login

I am not sure why would this be happening, if you have already ensured the config looks fine.
