Hi,
I cloned an existing widget but changes made are not reflecting on the Service Portal (I see the change on the widget itself but not on the Portal). Considering there is a new ID on the cloned widget, I am guessing this might need to be updated somewhere or maybe not. Need help with ensuring this changes are reflecting on the Service Portal.
Please walk me through the steps.
Thank you.

Finally figured out that the existing Widget that "i should have cloned" is included in a Service Portal page. The widget i had initially cloned was not included in a page hence the reason the update did not reflect on the portal.
Thanks to @kam and

Hi Bruce,
What is the name of the widget ? Do you have made the changes on the page itself ? to change the old widget with yours ?
Regards,
Audrey

By cloning the widget will give you the duplicate widget but u need to drag the widget in the place where you want it
open the portal page where you want to make changes ,right click on the page and click page in designer
which will open a new page and in the left search bar search for ur new widget and drag it where ever u want it .. this will fix the issue
