Closed Change Tickets are still showing as active.

We have 54 Change tickets that are in a Closed State but are still Active. How can we get this corrected ?

Hello Prash,
To find the root cause, I would start with a few of the steps mentioned below:
Check BR "mark_closed" on the Change table, is it a satisfying condition?
Check for type=Emergency is there any other logical script written as per your client process?
Also, this is happening on the PROD instance or all instances? If all instances try to replicate in lower instance and follow the complete process and see by adding logs on BR when active is set to false.

Thank you for the information.
I did check the BR and it is satisfying the condition, some how it is setting up to true, i tried replicating it, and created a change and closed it, state is closed and it is in active. I'm totally lost as where exactly i need to check and why is setting it to true.
and it is happening in all instance's.
could you help me with BR script.
