Closed Problems with new Incident associations

Has anyone managed to report on closed or cancelled Problems that still end up getting new Incident associations after they’ve been closed?

 

We can currently identify Problems with post-closure activity, but not specifically new Incident links after the Problem has been closed.

Hi @thomaslinds 

I didn’t try it, but you can test it.

Go to the Problem table and apply the condition:

  • State = Closed
  • Closed date = (as required / filter range)

Then open the related lists on the Problem record and run the query to verify the results.
