CMDB Schema Examples? Possible CI Types and Attributes

Does anyone know of a good example CMDB or a CMDB Schema that lists all the most common CI Types and the most common attributes with each CI Type?   Would be quicker to just pick and choose want I feel is important for my CMDB from a comprehensive "menu" of possibilties as opposed to having to brainstorm.   I want to see if there is anything missing in systems like ManageEngine or SpiceWorks that I need to create custom attributes for.

I don't know if I have a good example but I have an example. I'm only answering this b/c no one else has and I came looking for answers to this question myself. Maybe what we've done might be useful to you or someone else. The entity I am a contractor for; recently purchased ServiceNow, and we've met with their developers to create the "story boards" to help implement our CMDB baseline. In the beginning of this project we used SharePoint as a temporary CMDB and will be utilizing the same attributes in the SN CMDB for now. We currently only have 3 CI models; Hardware, Software and Documentation. For now; I'll only list those attributes we have selected for Hardware to see if you A. Read this and 2. if it's helpful at all. I'll provide the others if you respond:
