Hello,
In the Employee Center portal the upper left navigation icon can be interacted with in two ways.
- You can click on it normally to bring you back to the main page.
- You can center mouse click on it and it will open a new page in a new tab.
In the main ITSM application you only have the first option. If I center mouse click it nothing happens. My clients would like the behavior to be consistent.
Any advice, am I just missing a setting?

Interesting observation 🙂 I tried at my end and it did not work , means with mouse key. Not sure we can fix this. Better log a Now Support case.

I forgot to respond back to this. They basically said nope, you can't do that and left it at that. Something in the way they set it up.

Yeah, I went ahead and posted a ticket to HiWave, and will see what they say. I'll post the reply they send me, if it is useful.
