Configure Service Operations Workspace

Hi All - We recently upgraded to Vancouver, we are using agent workspace in previous versions.

How can we configure Service Operations Workspace for incident and Service Catalog management.

OOTB Service Operation workspace available and no configuration needed.

If we need to make changes to SOW, do we need to customize it or created new workspace?

You can customize the SOW but what exactly changes you need?

Hi @pramodkumar 

 

As soon as you are in Sow (Service Operations Workspace) by default you will have access to incident, problem, change , tasks and catalog tasks under list menu items.

You don't need to do any further configurations but if in case you need to customize list menu or want to added new item then that can be configurable for specific workspace.
