Hi Team,
Im having some trouble around the blackout and maintenance schedules. I understand you can set up the source as a CI class and reference a CI to have changes be done within that time frame for maintenance schedules.
My question is, is there anyway to set up the properties where the events/schedules show up on the conflict calendar but do not give you a bunch of conflicts that its not within that maintenance window? So the events are there for visibility? for example if i wanted "server patching" to show up on the conflict calendar but not have it conflict when users are opening changes, so its more of an awareness thing?
I have tried setting up maint. schedules with the source as change request and ci class set to "none" as well and i didnt see any difference there.
Curious if anyone has any further advice. Thanks!

Check this property to see if it’s helpful, but keep in mind it will make global changes, meaning immediate updates. Otherwise, there’s no other way to achieve what you’re looking for."

Atul: This isn’t possible because the conflict works on three conditions. If all three conditions are satisfied, it shows the results and brings in all the changes where there’s a conflict. The issue you're describing, where you want to hide certain changes, isn't a possible scenario. However, you can check the conflict properties and see if any adjustments there might help you.
