Hi,
Need to add one more drop down for contact type in incident form.
by default we have option like
None
phone
self service
walk in
for these i need to add one more drop down.
How we can achive this.

open the dictionary of the contact type field and ther you can find choices in the related list like wise you can achieve.

Hello All,
I know this is quite basic but when I try to make the changes and put one of the selection as default. The order is only changing..but the Incident takes in the old value, even changing the default value does not make a difference.
