Contextual Search of a record producer is not showing in the Portal Page.

I have a record producer where I can see the contextual search based on knowledge articles.

When I am clicking on "TRY IT" and giving a value to a certain field the related Knowledge articles.

But when I am going to add that record producer in portal page then the contextual search items are not showing.

Please Help me out.

Here I can see the Related knowledge article suggestions.

But that thing is not happening in Portal Page.

I've another question.
Can I make a hand made widget for Contextual Search in service portal by using JQuery or AngularJS and then place after my Record Producer?

That means I want to write a HTML with JQuery and fire a event "onkeypress()" of short description field of the record producer.

I know that there is no HTML DOM for the record producer there. But If I want to pick the ID of the HTML DOM by inspecting element of the browser, can I do that?

Hi Nathan,

YES ; I was able to turn on contextual search for my record producer from Service Portal

However -- one more thing I require, when we get the contextual search results come up ; the Submit button goes way down to the bottom -- which is not a good user experience. Can we enable the Submit to stay in its position and NOT go to the bottom right below the end of context search results ?
