Contract Management - Recurring rates

Dear ServiceNow Community,

 

First time posting so I hope I found the right place for it 😉

 

We are planning to manage our mobile phone contracts in ServiceNow.
In our case every mobile phone number would be a separate contract which can be assigned to a user if active or just to a cost center if not actively used at the moment but still remains in our pool of available numbers. 

 

Overall this works as intended but in addition we have different mobile phone tariffs we would like to link to those contracts to manage the costs in a centralized way. 

 

It seems contract rate cards would fit fine here but it seems that I can only have a 1-1 connection here. I also thought about having these mobile phone tariffs as parent contracts and use a business rule to set the costs on the child contracts accordingly. 

 

Does anyone here have experience with similar requirements or any other idea to solve this issue?
