When you go to the Service Operations Workspace and open an incident from the list, you can select Response Template in the Contextual Side Panel. It will open the list of response templates and when you select one, you will see the "Copy to Clipboard". It is visible for incidents but not in catalog tasks. I just want to ask for help on where to check and update it.
