Cost of Advanced work assignment plugins.

Hi All,

 

We have a requirement to Auto assign the newly created incidents to Someone from Assignment group based upon the availability and client want to enable Advanced work assignment in SNOW to complete the above activity.

 

Cost - please help me to understood the cost of the AWA plugins(how to subscribe? Payment Mode? Monthly/ Yearly...)

Please let us know, if anyone has worked on this activity previously or any documentations on the use cases for the same.

Hello @Community Alums ,

But regarding the cost you need to contact your service now account manager as AWA uses Agent workspace to route the tickets automatically and workspace comes with App engine studio if you want it in a custom workspace.
