To run reports on net costs or savings from implementing change, has anyone added currency fields associated with a specific Change Task or CR?

In the ServiceNow documentation, I see "Actual cost and effort calculation for a demand and demand task," so I thought there would be a similar way of assigning resources to a CR's Change Tasks and then offsetting that expense with the expected costs savings (as in decommissioning a server or unsubscribing from a service).

Yes, there is a module in SAM called Change License Projection, where Change Management and SAM work together.
