Create a Major Incident Communication Template

Hi All, 

We have recently activated Major Incident Management, and now looking at the Major Incident Work Bench, wondering how we create a standard communication Template? 

What we currently have is a default OOB "New Communication Plan" which needs to be manually filled out. 

We'd like to add a Template here that is preconfigured, which can be easily selected by a Major Incident Manager and sent out, to a list of recipients, either IS users or Company wide.   Any ideas where I can do that? 

 

I see these Email Client Templates: https://insancename.service-now.com/sys_email_client_template_list.do?sysparm_query=table%3Dincident_alert_task  but not sure how they reference back to Major Incident Workbench.

to be honest, I have never worked with Major Incident Management before. I just found the following lab from Knowledge 2020 regarding that topic, and it seems that you can create reusable Communication plans: https://developer.servicenow.com/connect.do#!/event/knowledge2020/LAB2990
