Create a related list on incident table that should be show related problem?

Hi @Anusha Gorige ,

 

according to ITIL best practice and ServiceNow OOTB, there is already a field for associated problem under related tickets.

 

as there should be more than one problem related to the same incident, then your requirement doesn’t make sense.
