How to create a report that shows how many incidents created per hour, per week, per week and per month related ro some group or CI ?

please help.

Create a trend type report as below > in the type section select trend.

you can group by CI or Assignmnet group to relate

You have option to selcet per hour,day, Month, Quarter, Year ...

In addition to this when I group by CI, I also want to group them by assignment group or Assigned to.  I think interactive filter will do that but how to make assigned to filter depends on assignment group filter ?

Add addtional group by as "Assignment group" and create interactive filter on the assigned to Field as below.

You can filter on both Assignment group / Assigned to /CI's

Reports can be created through the report designer utilizing the incident table, where time series reports can be generated:
