Can you guide me to create a report to display the number of catalog item created(sc_req_item) for each month  in the coloumn and rows , in the row list of each catalog item should display and coloum only total should come

@but you have created a list virew? Instead you can apply a time series visualization and then pr. Month… this will give you a count pr month where you afterwards can click into the data.

To shows catalog item counts by month in a matrix format, you should use the Trend or Pivot Table report type.
