Create a risk assessment in Demand Form.

Hi,

I need help with implementing a Risk Assessment on Demand form when the Demand state moves to Screening.

Currently, we have similar functionality available in the Change form, where the Risk Assessment is available under related links with a set of questions. We would like to implement the same functionality in the Demand form.

I’ve attached the relevant screenshots for reference.

Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @karunasri ,

To add Risk Assessment to the Demand form during the Screening state, create an Assessment Definition for the Demand table, add a Related Link (UI Action) to launch the assessment, and optionally enforce completion before allowing the Demand to move forward. This mirrors the Change Risk Assessment behavior using supported platform features.

I dont have option to create assessment definition for the demand. I am attaching the screenshot. Can you please let me know is there any way to create assessment definition?
