Hi,
I need help with implementing a Risk Assessment on Demand form when the Demand state moves to Screening.
Currently, we have similar functionality available in the Change form, where the Risk Assessment is available under related links with a set of questions. We would like to implement the same functionality in the Demand form.
I’ve attached the relevant screenshots for reference.
Any help or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
