Hi,
I need to create an additional work notes field, that performs in the same way that the existing work notes field does but called something different. I am not sure what type of field the work notes field is or how I would add an additional one that behaves the same, any help welcome

Some fields don't let you see it I suppose. My apologies.
Anyways, you'd need to navigate to Dictionary > and search for Work Notes, which is essentially part of the Task table.
So you'd want to make a custom field on your new table that replicates this to an extent and type Journal Field which should come with it's own 'Post' button.

Hi,
To start, you can right-click on the word: Work Notes and then go to dictionary to get a basic layout of what type of field it is.
From there, you'd need to basically replicate it (by creating a new dictionary entry on the respective table) to an extent and then add that to your form and ensure that the roles are defined properly as to who will see it.
