create flow designer

Hi all,

I have one requirement like I have to create flow designer for adding or removing user from group when the user request it from catalog item. For this i have create catalog item in which i have add 3 variable like

1) what Action u want?(type select box)

option a. add user

            b. remove user

2) user list(list collector type)

3) group name(ref type)
