Create form Template with name Create NDA Contract

Hi Team,

The product development group wants to speed up and simplify the creation of Contracts for non-disclosure agreements.

1.	Create a form template that anyone can use to apply the necessary field values specific to non-disclosure agreement contracts. Name the form template 'Create NDA Contract' and have it set the following fields: •  Contract model: NDA •  Contract administrator: Karla Ken •  Approver: Bud Richman •  Options: 1 Year
2.	Test the Create NDA Contract form template by creating a new non-disclosure agreement for the vendor Apple. You may enter any value for the Contract number.
3.	Stay on the same form by using Save, rather than Update. Then make use of Insert and Stay to create a second non-disclosure agreement using the same values but change the vendor to Google.

This part was super frustrating. I had to create a template from tiny text on the lower left instead of using the "new" button. Call it "Create NDA Contract" save that then use the "New" button then go through the steps.

I wish the this line "Create a form template for the Contract form that anyone can use to apply the necessary field values specific to non-disclosure agreement contracts." was actually "Create a form template for the Contract form that anyone can use to apply the necessary field values specific to non-disclosure agreement contracts. (small text on the lower left of the screen)". 

I must of spent 2 hours on this before going to this forum just to figure this out that even though what I did was what the directions had stated.

Side note: I thought I was going crazy about this form but I went back to the lesson and it did not show me the small text on the lower left screen unless I missed that 2x in a row. I now know why this course is free.

I just found the solution:

1. Create the template "Create NDA Contract" as per the instructions

2. Click on an existing contract from Apple

3. Click on "Insert and Stay" from the "hamburger" menu whilst in the contract - this gives you a new contract (you could also just change the contract number and this creates a new contract for you)

4. Click on "Create NDA Contract" from the bottom left template bar - this applies the template

5. Click on "Update" - this returns you to the list after saving

6. Repeat for an existing contract from Google.
