Create On call schedule for 2 Groups , in this case two shifts are there Group-A is from 6am to 6pm in Eastern hrs and also for Group-B is from 6pm to 6 am in estern hrs how can you create?
Hi, I would think that you would create an on-call schedule for each group, and each on-call schedule entry would have an underpinning schedule configured for the hours that they provide 'on-call' support.
