Hey Community,
I have a requirement to create percentage type report in ServiceNow. I tried finding it under report but was not able to find. Hoping to get some help here.

Hi @SnowUserDev ,
In order to create a report in percentage you need to use PA (Performance Analytics). Normal reporting will not provide you the expected output.

It can be achieved via PA only, in standard reporting, it is not possible.
