Create percentage report in servicenow

Hey Community,

I have a requirement to create percentage type report in ServiceNow. I tried finding it under report but was not able to find. Hoping to get some help here.

Hi @SnowUserDev ,

In order to create a report in percentage you need to use PA (Performance Analytics). Normal reporting will not provide you the expected output.

It can be achieved via PA only, in standard reporting, it is not possible.

In order to calculate percentage of two number you need to use Performance Analytics.

Use  Pie Chart and it would give you the %

Thanks for your response. I want the report output to be shown in plane number as percentage. How can that be achieved. Will performance analytics be helpful here.
