Create report for duplicate serial number records in cmdb_ci_computer table

Hi all,

I want to create scheduled email report for duplicate serial number in computer table .

via below script I am able to get the duplicate records but I want to send this records in excel format in Scheduled report.

In report I am not able to put the condition group by count > 1.

any suggestions how can I achive this.

Hi,

Why not do this

1) Create report which would show duplicate CI

2) then create scheduled report and link it with that report

3) schedule this report daily and add recipients and type as XLSX so that they get the file
