Im a total beginner and attempting to create some reports.
a bit scratching my head at present.
here is my plan:
meeting room report
dashboard of meeting rooms with highest reports issues over last 3 years showing room number and closed code
able to select from a drop down or list of all rooms to chose specific meeting room to see reports just for that room
report to show closed code and link through to the incidents
any advice to get me going please?

i have managed so in the image but needs more and a way to just chose a room and see all its history
