CSM Pro license / ITSM

Hi, 

I have an excess of customer service management pro licenses. can I benefit from them to build ITSM.

Hi @mudhi ,

I don't think you can compensate CSM pro licenses with ITSM.

However, it's the best idea to get in touch with your Account Executive from ServiceNow who has been allocated to your Company. They would know the agreements you have with Servicenow and company.
