Hi,
recently we discovered a few CTASKS that dont have a change request linked to it (anymore) , when you click on the info button behind change request it says no preview available.
i checked the xml of the CTASK and it shows me this "<change_request display_value="">ed9b85dc2b1faad0eceef7b4e391bff3</change_request>" , usually between the " " it shows the change request number.
i check if these CTASKS where created from the workflow or manually and they are coming form the workflow.
its not happening every time, we have currently 9 CTASKS and the last one was created at august 12, no new ones after that.
i checked the deleted records to see if i could find the related change request based on sys_id but i dont get any results there.
any ideas ?

As the change request has the (i) icon next to it, it makes me think that the related Change Request was deleted... if you have SNUtils browser extension, you can double click the Change request and it will show you the sys ID of the record.
Or use the slashcommand "/vd" for Visualise Data.
Was this in PROD?
You can go to Deleted records:
to see deleted records from the [change_request] table, with the sys ID (if you will get it) you cna easily find it and restore it. Also you might see when and by whom it's been deleted..
