For the demo purpose, I have created a flow in the Flow designer on the Change Table.
My requirement was, when the change is in Authorize state, it should get trigger approvals to the assignment groups members. When 60% of approvers approved before the planned start time, then only it should move to the Schedule/ Implement state. If failed so, it should go back to New or assess state. When I tested this, It was triggering approvals to the right time, but any of the approves, it's moving to the Implement state. I suspect there were other flows are running on this and that's make this to happen. How to check the Flows and can make our Flow alone work on the certain conditions. How to edit OOB Flows.
