Custom Interactive filters with two different tables on the same dashboard is not working

Hello Team,

I have implemented the custom interactive filters with calendar date selection from the below

The issue i am facing is when i have a dashboard  created from two different tables and try to add the  date filters , only one filter is working. Do custom interactive filters work only on one single tablle.

Example:

 I have created a two reports list view from incident and change on a Dashboard. Added the two custom interactive filters from these tables. only one filter is working. if i add other filter the previous filter changes are clearing off.

In the above example, only one filter is working. When i apply change filter the report is not filtering.

Any help on this issue

As I know this custom interactive filter works only once on a page. you can create a new tab and add the change filter there.

 

you can try using the Servicenow documented one which works with multiple tables
