Customizing the Major Incident Management Workbench Page (London)

Hello Everyone,

A client would like to make some customizations to the Major Incident Management workbench page but it appears that this is not possible, at least not in London?  In this post (which is now 3 months old, so I realize things may have changed since then) it was said that someone from HI gave the instruction to modify the 'workbench' UI page but apparently in London, this is set as read-only via a protection policy.

I'm hoping that I am just missing something because I really feel that the workbench page is not 'one-size-fits-all' and our client would like it to show information particular to their business and process.

We offer limited customization on this page. You can add custom content at bottom of the screen via UI macro - major_incident_wb_summary_custom_content

It is available OOB in resolved state on the PIR section.
