Dashboard not loading for some users

This post may be helpful
Users are unable to see contents of Dashboards in Prod
It basically says it is due to PRB681077
Try going to any form, click on "More options" (the three dots in the header of the form) and choose "Toggle Template Bar"
This should cause the dashboard to display.

We loaded an incident form and clicked that TOGGLE TEMPLATE BAR then tried loading the dashboard page but still the same problem pictured above where the content is missing and it shows the + button and MODIFY/DELETE/REPLICATE
Anything else we could try? how can we reset the user profile completely as if they were a brand new user? (because the majority dont have this issue)

Issue mysteriously resolved itself the next day, not sure if that suggestion helped or not though
