Dashboard Sharing Option Not Visible for User

Hi Community,
One of our users has the following roles assigned: ITIL role, Report Admin, Report User, and Report Group roles. However, they are unable to find the Share option to share the dashboard with others.
Interestingly, another user with the same set of roles is able to share the dashboard without any issues.
Can anyone please advise on what steps we should take to resolve this? @Ankur Bawiskar

Only owner can share the dashboard, not any other user at all.
Please appreciate the efforts of community contributors by marking the appropriate response as the correct answer and helpful. This may help other community users to follow the correct solution in the future.

strange.
did you ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
same user is not able to share any dashboard or only this one?

Sharing a dashboard is only possible with the dashboard owner, if I’m not mistaken.
